Lucy.

A few weeks ago, Tom and I lost our faithful companion, part of our family, our dear Lucy girl. She was a wonderful 14 years old and we miss her dearly. She was playful and active to the end, even with advanced arthritis. She was with us almost as long as we've been with each other, so long I don't remember being without her, or know how to be without her. 

In short, she was perfect. 

I plan to post a longer entry about her adventure filled life with many pictures and things we will always remember about her as soon as I can compile all those memories without breaking down repeatedly. 

Run like the wind, Lucy Lu, Looba Rooba, Miss Lucy.  We will see you again someday. I'm sure of it.
